Enable SAP* in portal : If you have disabled SAP* before assigning any user super user role. You can always enable SAP* or vice versa doing the following:
Go to sapum.properties.bak in /usr/sap/<por SID>/j2ee/j2ee00/ume/ and change the line
ume.superadmin.activated = false to true
Restart the portal. This line is used to activate and deactivate sap* user.
